The grinding of high ice nickel is divided into four main stages.
First stage: Crushing
The high ice nickel bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the feed fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
Second stage: Grinding
After crushing, the high ice-nickel lumps are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder in a uniform and quantitative manner. Third stage: Classifying
The material after grinding is graded by the powder selector, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selector and returned to the main machine for regrinding.
Fourth stage: Powder collection
The powder which meets the fineness enters the dust collector with the airflow through the pipe for separation and collection, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product bin by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged uniformly with the powder loading tanker or automatic baler.
