Liaoning Construction Waste Solid Waste Treatment Project
The customer is a renewable resource company in Liaoning, dedicated to the recycling of solid waste, construction waste and other resources. The raw material for this project is construction waste, and the finished product is used for sand and gravel aggregate and aerated bricks. The equipment used is our MC crawler crushing and screening plant - hydraulic control for easy maintenance, friendly interface for easy operation, strong power and low fuel consumption, which is well known in the world.

Liaoning construction waste crushing and disposal
Site situation：
The raw material of 700-900mm enters the J45 Jaw Crusher Crawler Mobile Crushing Plant for coarse crushing, and then the coarse crushed material enters the I44R Impact Crusher Crawler Mobile Crushing Plant for second stage crushing. After the second stage crushing, the material larger than 31.5mm is sent back to the impact crusher for further crushing through the recirculating screen return belt, and the mixed material below 31.5mm is conveyed to the S130 crawler screen mobile plant, where it is separated by three layers of screens, and finally four types of finished material are separated: 0-5/5-10/10/10-20/20-31.5.

Located in the North East, we faced the biggest challenge of the cold temperatures. We were very concerned that the low temperatures would affect the normal operation of the plant, which in turn would affect efficiency and production. Fortunately, we are very pleased that the MC crawler mobile plant has been able to operate even in the extremely cold weather of -25 degrees Celsius and has done an excellent job of achieving the output we require.
