After a field visit to the customer's site and comprehensive customer suggestions, we adopted the coarse crushing + screening + fine crushing + shaping production line configuration, which effectively utilizes the natural sand in the raw material and then refines the aggregate in the raw material, and the construction material outputted during the production process has good granularity and high output.

Site condition:
The whole production line is three stages crushing, one stage crushing adopts PE900×1200 jaw crusher, the discharge opening is adjusted to 120mm to get 0-150mm material, the material enters PFW1318II impact crusher for the second stage crushing, after crushing, it gets 0-100mm material, then enters PFW1415III impact crusher for the third stage crushing, the finished material gets 0-40mm.
