Site situation:
Materials from the hopper into the 2F5X1245 vibrating feeder, waste through the grate and feeder lower screen screen, 20-100mm materials directly into the transfer bin, more than 100mm materials through the feeder into the JC840x1100 jaw crusher primary crushing into the transfer bin, and then sent by the belt conveyor to the HPT300C multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for secondary crushing, crushing After crushing, the material is screened by 3YZS1860 vibrating screen to get 0-5-10-20mm finished material; the material larger than 20mm enters the transfer bin and is sent to HPT300F multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for tertiary crushing (fine crushing) by belt conveyor, and after crushing, the material is screened by 3YZS2160 vibrating screen to get 0-5-10-20mm finished material.
