Zimbabwe Granite Crushing Line
The project is a Chinese-funded aid project in Africa, which has been put into operation in December 2017. Zimbabwe, which has experienced severe hyperinflation, is rich in natural resources but is in dire need of foreign aid for infrastructure construction to change the barren local living environment.

Site situation：
The material is evenly fed to PE600×900 jaw crusher through GZD960×3800 vibrating feeder for coarse crushing into stone size less than 120mm, and then sent to PF1214 impact crusher through belt conveyor for medium crushing into stone size less than 60mm, in which the material larger than 40mm is returned to impact crusher for crushing, while the material less than 40mm is sent to 3YZS1860 vibrating screen for screening and outputting 0-5mm, 5-20mm and 20-40mm aggregate.
Customer evaluation：
The finished sand and gravel of the project is used for highway construction, so we have certain requirements on the granularity of the stone, but due to limited funds, so Liming's engineers suggested us to purchase a lower cost and more cost-effective impact crusher, which can also meet our requirements on the granularity. Our expected output was 100 tons per hour, and the final output reached 120T/H after the production line was running, which exceeded our expectation and we were very satisfied and happy.
