According to the customer's requirement of multiple high specification operation and maintenance intelligent system for the product, KE1100-1 coarse crushing mobile station and KC160-2 medium and fine crushing and screening mobile station were recommended to provide the customer with simple operation, high efficiency and low cost operation equipment.

Site situation：
The engineer configured the KE1100-1 coarse crushing mobile station and KC160-2 medium and fine crushing and screening mobile station for the customer. When the large stone material enters the silo, it enters the PEW1100 European jaw crusher for primary crushing through the vibrating feeder, and then the belt conveyor sends the stone material after primary crushing into the CS160B cone crusher for secondary crushing, and after crushing, the finished material with particle size of 0-5mm and 5-90mm is screened by the vibrating screen.
