Site situation：
The whole project is operated by the intelligent control system, the material is crushed below 180mm by the loader into the KE860-1 coarse crushing mobile station, the crushed material is conveyed to two 4000×4000 transit silos by the belt conveyor, then conveyed to two KH300-2 medium and fine crushing and screening mobile stations for secondary crushing below 50mm by the vibrating feeder and belt conveyor below the silos, the crushed material is sent to the vibrating screen for secondary crushing below 50mm by two belt conveyors. After crushing, the material is sent to the vibrating screen by two belts for sieving, and three kinds of materials are sieved out: 0-5mm, 5-25mm and 25-50mm, 0-5mm material is sent to the pile by two belts, 5-25mm material is sent to the KV9532-2 fine crushing and screening mobile station for shaping and screening, 25-50mm material is sent to the HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher for another crushing. crusher again until it reaches below 25mm.
