Talc processing into talc powder needs to go through two crushing processes, first crushing and then grinding, the talc processing equipment used is jaw crusher and European version of the mill, in addition to crushing equipment, but also need vibrating feeder, via bucket elevator, fan, analyzer, conveying pipeline and other auxiliary equipment. Jaw crusher is a commonly used coarse crushing equipment, with simple structure and easy operation, strong crushing capacity, high efficiency, and freely adjustable discharge. The European version of the mill has uniform powder fineness, high through-screening rate, deep grinding cavity, no spillage of dust, and green production.
The application of talcum powder is very wide, the familiar plastic is to use it as filler, its advantages are the laminar structure and low hardness, the former can make the rigidity and heat resistance of the filler plastic, while the latter can greatly reduce the filler plastic processing materials on the mechanical equipment in contact with the wear and tear of the mold.
Second, the process flow of talc production line
The principle of dry production process of talc powder is as follows: talc lump - coarse crushing - drying - medium crushing - fine grinding (Raymond mill) - ultra-fine grinding (ultra-fine grinding) - cyclone aggregate - packaging. The final product fineness can reach 500-5000 mesh (d97=30-5um).

First stage: Crushing
The talc bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
Second stage: Grinding
After crushing, the small pieces of talc are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder in a uniform and quantitative manner;
For fine powder processing, LM vertical mill, MTW European version mill, 5X series European version intelligent mill can be used.
For ultra-fine powder processing,MW ring roller micro mill and LUM ultra-fine vertical mill can be used; for coarse powder processing,CM European type coarse powder mill can be used.
The third stage: classification
After grinding, the material is graded by the powder selector, and the unqualified powder is graded by the powder selector and returned to the main machine for regrinding.
Fourth stage: Powder collection
The powder that meets the fineness will be separated and collected in the dust collector through the duct, and the collected finished powder will be sent to the finished product bin by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged by the powder loading tanker or automatic baler.
