Limestone powder making is generally divided into four types of limestone coarse powder processing (0-3MM), fine powder processing (20 mesh-400 mesh), and limestone ultra-fine powder deep processing (400 mesh-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh-3250 mesh). And the main use is the jaw crusher and LM vertical mill, which needs to be coarsely crushed by jaw crusher first, and then sent into the mill for grinding after meeting the feed size to get the fine powdered lime powder. The specific processing process is as follows:
Limestone Grinding Mill
The first stage: crushing - limestone bulk material is crushed by the crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
The second stage: grinding - the crushed limestone small pieces are sent to the silo by the elevator, and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder in a uniform and quantitative manner.
For fine powder processing, LM vertical roller mill, MTW European version mill, 5X European version intelligent mill can be used.
For ultra-fine powder processing, MW ring roller micro mill and LUM ultra-fine vertical mill can be used; for coarse powder processing, CM European type coarse powder mill can be used.
The unqualified powder is graded by the powder selector and returned to the main machine for regrinding.
Fourth stage: powder collection - the powder which meets the fineness will be separated and collected in the dust collector with the air flow through the pipe, and the collected finished powder will be sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then packaged by the powder loading tanker or automatic baler in a uniform way.
