The fineness of the final product ranges from 30-400 mesh.
The grinding process has wide selectivity, reasonable configuration and high cost performance. It is suitable for cement (clinker), quartz, feldspar, calcite, gypsum, limestone, dolomite, graphite, fluorite, wollastonite, phosphate ore, calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer, urea, manganese electrolysis metal manganese, manganese ferroalloy, coal, coal gangue, slag, zircon sand, talc, granite, potassium feldspar, marble, barite, ceramics, glass and thousands of other non-flammable and explosive mineral materials with hardness below 9 and humidity less than 6%.
After the material is crushed by jaw crusher, it is sent to the silo by bucket elevator, the material is sent to the silo by electromagnetic vibration, evenly, quantitatively and continuously sent to the grinding chamber for crushing, the crushed powder is sent to the screening machine for crushing, the unqualified powder is dropped and continues to be crushed, the qualified fine powder is sent to the silo by pipeline, and the finished powder is exported by the discharge valve. The whole process is carried out in a negative pressure way, the air flow in the circulation channel is increased and discharged to the small cyclone collector through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the main machine to complete the purification of the system.
