1、The equipment used in the crusghing stage
Just mined raw ore is a relatively large volume of raw stone, can not be directly applied to the beneficiation process, then you need to use the jaw crusher to crush it to a certain degree of size, and then through the fine crushing cone crusher secondary crushing, and then use the circular vibrating screen or linear vibrating screen for screening processing. Commonly used is the crushing process of three stages of a closed circuit process mineral processing, the process is divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing and screening, so as to ensure that the product feed size requirements.
2、The principle of grinding stage processing
Cobalt ore grinding and classifying device is to further crush the crushed ore, so that the useful minerals can be completely separated and prepared for the future beneficiation work. The general grinding equipment is recommended to use MTW European version mill or LM vertical mill. When working, the main motor drives the grinding plate through the reducer, while the hot air enters the vertical mill body through the air inlet, and the material falls in the middle of the grinding plate from the lower material inlet and is crushed by the grinding roller, the large pieces of material are crushed directly, and the fine particles are crushed by the extrusion to form the material bed. When the material in the air flow passes through the upper separator, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding, and the qualified fine powder comes out of the mill with the air flow and is collected by the system's powder collector, and the collected powder is the product of the vertical grinding.
3、Flotation equipment of cobalt ore
After grinding, the qualified cobalt powder will be sent to the flotation machine for flotation and adding chemicals to obtain cobalt concentrate. The flotation machine is the core equipment in the flotation process, and the cobalt and other minerals are effectively separated in this equipment.
4、Drying equipment of cobalt ore
The cobalt concentrate recovered by flotation can not be sold or put into production immediately, because it will contain some water and needs to be dried.
