2, grinding: slag with a moisture content of less than fifteen percent is sent to the vertical mill for grinding through the feeding device. The working principle of the vertical mill is very simple, that is, the raw materials are placed on the grinding disk, and then transported to the grinding roller channel through the air to form a huge wheel, and the wheel rotates constantly, so as to achieve the crushing of raw materials;
3、Grading: there is a grading machine in the upper part of the mill, the materials that have been ground are directly sent to the grading machine with wind rolls to be screened out, and the materials that do not meet the requirements fall down to the mill to be crushed again;
4、Dedusting: through the pulse dust collector, the qualified materials will be collected and become the finished products, and then the residual gas will be discharged to the outdoor, pulse dust collector, with high dust removal efficiency;
5、Transportation: The ore powder is transported to the finished product storage tank through the conveying pipe, and then transported to the designated place directly by the storage tank truck.
