The equipment consists of main machine, classifier, blower, cyclone collector, conveying system, storage hopper, dust collector, electrical control cabinet and so on. Among them, the main machine mainly consists of frame, air inlet snail shell, shovel knife, grinding roller, grinding ring, cover and motor. Jaw crusher and dustpan elevator are attached for users' reference when using the machine. The raw materials are fed evenly into the No.1 warehouse through the feeding device by feeding hollow shaft in a spiral way. The warehouse is equipped with stepped liners containing steel balls of various sizes, which will produce a centrifugal force when the cylinder is rotating to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then drop them down again, so that the raw materials will be struck heavily and pulverized. After the raw material is roughly ground in the first bin, it passes through a layer of compartment and enters into the second bin, in which a flat liner is set up, which is equipped with the steel balls of the ball mill, and crushes the raw material for the second time. The powder passes through the discharging baffle of the red mud mill.
