Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals, more commonly calcite or dolomite. In geology, the term marble refers to metamorphosed limestone, but its use in masonry more broadly includes unmetamorphosed limestone. Marble is commonly used in sculpture and building materials.
The process of marble grinding can consist of four stages:crushing, grinding, classification and powder collection. Like marble, the particle size is relatively large and cannot be directly ground, it needs to be crushed first using the corresponding crusher first, crushing to meet the particle size of the mill feed, and then grinding process after that.
In the crushing step, generally use jaw crusher to crush the raw ore. In the crushing stage, the crushed material enters into the main chamber for crushing, and is continuously crushed and pulverized under the pressure of the crushing rollers.
Marble Grinding Mill
In the grinding stage, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder is responsible for feeding the raw materials into the mill, which can realize even, continuous and quantitative feeding to ensure the capacity from the source. Then there are auxiliary equipments such as conveyor belt, powder pipe and sieving machine: the conveyor belt is responsible for the transportation of materials, and the main role of the powder pipe is to ensure that the whole process of milling is in a closed link, so as to realize the environmentally friendly milling production.
In the grading stage, hot air is blown out from the wind ring around the mill at high speed, and the high speed airflow outside the wind ring will be blown by the crushed materials. On the one hand, the coarse material is blown back to the grinding disk for further grinding; on the other hand, the material is dried, and the fine powder is brought into the classifier by the intermediate air for grading. Meanwhile, in the powder collecting stage, the qualified fine powder will be collected into finished products by the dust removing equipment, and the unqualified fine powder will fall back to the grinding disk for grinding.
