How does the LUM ultra-fine vertical mill work?
During normal operation, the electric motor drives the grinding plate through the reducer while the hot air enters the vertical mill body through the air inlet, and the material falls from the lower material outlet to the center of the grinding plate and moves evenly from the center to the edge of the grinding plate under the action of centrifugal force, and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the ring groove on the grinding plate. The crushed material continues to move to the edge of the grinding disc until it is taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, and the larger granular materials fall back to the grinding disc to continue to be crushed, and the qualified fine powder comes out of the mill with the airflow and is collected and discharged as finished powder by the powder collector of the system. By adjusting the separator, the required particle size of different products can be achieved.
